We are all looking for purpose. My husband, Martin, and I set out on a quest to uncover what exactly we were made to do in this life. We prayed and asked God to reveal our spiritual gifts and pursued subject matter expert advice and study. During that season it was revealed to us by God and reinforced by close companions and each other what our gifts were. He is in fact a gifted bible teacher and I a discerning encourager. We join together to serve, encourage and minister to other individuals and families. We know that our lives from birth led us here. Our families, our struggles, our experiences, our successes, our shortcomings and our grievances all painted the picture of what we have be drafted to do. Take back the family. Lift up the disheartened. Lead others to the joy of and a relationship with Christ. Show them their own strengths and gifts to be used for the Kingdom of God.
We are not positive where this ministry endeavor will take us, but we start by saying yes to the calling and giving ourselves to our fellow neighbors in love.
